Let´s start. Get a flexible measuring tape, relax, but stand erect, breath normally, take off all your clothes, you can leave on you only your panties.

We begin with:

1. Chest (Bust), wrap the tape and measure around the fullest part of your bust (on the nipples)
2. Underbust measurement, measure just under the breasts.
3. Waist, measure the thickest part of your waist or lower, depends on where you like to wear your suspender. This measurement is necessary only if you order a suspender.
4. Hips, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
